Upon joining Khalifeh & Partners in 2019, Adele has advised on a number of renewable energy, commercial, M&A, and project finance matters, and is in charge of day to day corporate matters of numerous companies and corporate entities in Jordan. Adele holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London, and a Master of Laws from the University of Exeter.

Baha’a Jaber

Baha’a joined Khalifeh & Partners as a Managing Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice in 2016. He has been working in the legal field for over 12 years and has extensive experience litigating on labor, commercial, criminal, and employment disputes in Jordanian courts. He advises and provides legal advice to both Jordanian and international companies on a variety of claims.

As a Junior Associate at Khalifeh & Partners, Faisal works with K&P’s litigation team representing clients in civil and commercial disputes. He supports the practice by reviewing case files, drafting legal advices, conducting research and preparing case notes. Faisal holds a B.A. from the University of Jordan and Masters of Commercial Law from the University of Bristol.

Fuad Qaradeh

Managing Associate

Fuad is a highly experienced litigator with extensive knowledge of the law and the Jordanian court system. Fuad's expertise involves claims and arbitration proceedings relating to construction, labor, intellectual property, maritime and real estate disputes. Fuad is also known for his legislative drafting abilities and has contributed to the drafting of numerous laws and regulations, including the regulations relating to privatization transactions. Fuad is a member of the Jordan Bar Association.

Mohammad Al-Faouri

Senior Associate

Joining Khalifeh & Partners in 2017 as an Associate in the Litigation practice group, Mohammad has extensive experience providing legal advice and services to clients in all aspects of labor relations between all relevant parties. He also has experience drafting agreements, and has utilized his thorough knowledge of the Jordanian legal system throughout his career as a skilled litigator. Mohammad has a B.A. in Law from the University of Jordan.

Moawyeh Tarawneh

Moawyeh is a Senior Associate in the Corporate, Commercial and Projects practice. He has experience advising on a variety of plethora of mergers and acquisitions, real estate agreements, and commercial deals, including the expansion of international companies’ operations in the Jordanian market. He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating project and financing arrangements, and is especially well-versed in public-private-partnership (PPP) transactions and projects. Moawyeh holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Jordan.

Noor Abu Al Samid

Noor joined Khalifeh & Partners as an associate in 2016 and is currently involved a number of solar and wind renewable energy projects in addition to various corporate and commercial matters. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Jordan and a Master of Law from the University of Exeter.

Raya Saket

Junior Associate

As a Junior Associate at Khalifeh & Partners, Raya works with K&P’s litigation team representing clients in civil and commercial disputes. She supports the practice by reviewing case files, drafting legal advices, conducting research and preparing case notes. Raya holds a Bachelor of Laws from Durham University, a Master of Laws from University College London (UCL), and her LPC from the University of Law.

Siwar Saket

Associate

Siwar joined Khalifeh & Partners as an associate in 2016 and has been involved in a number of conventional and renewable energy projects. Siwar has experience drafting and modifying project and financing agreements, and is very knowledgeable about corporate-related matters in Jordan, particularly those related to strategy and employment. She has extensive experience navigating and negotiating complex financing transactions, and has represented both the Lenders and the Borrowers on numerous project financing transactions. Siwar holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Jordan.
