Since joining Khalifeh and Partners in 2024, Amr has been involved in a number of corporate and commercial matters rendering his expertise to Jordanian and international clients. Amr supports the corporate and litigation teams by conducting research, drafting agreements, and liaising with various governmental entities to support clients in their day-to-day and strategic corporate activities.
