Fuad is a highly experienced litigator with extensive knowledge of the law and the Jordanian court system. His practice encompasses claims and arbitration proceedings across construction, labor, intellectual property, maritime, and real estate disputes. Fuad is also recognized for his legislative drafting expertise, having contributed to the drafting of numerous laws and regulations, including those relating to privatization transactions.
His recent and current work demonstrates a wide-ranging expertise in regulatory, corporate, and commercial matters. He has advised government bodies and public institutions on regulatory reform, media liberalization, electronic government initiatives, and the enhancement of telecommunications functions. Fuad has drafted numerous statutes and regulations under the Development Areas Law, as well as governance, disciplinary, and operational frameworks for the Jordan Olympic Committee, national sports federations, and the Jordan Football Association. In addition, he has represented multinational corporations, regional investors, and private entities in complex litigation and arbitration, including high-value ICSID claims, commercial disputes, and employment-related matters.
