Moawyeh is a Senior Associate in the Corporate/Commercial and Projects Groups. He has led a number of corporate and financing transactions involving international donors, lenders, and investors. Prior to joining Khalifeh & Partners, he spent over a decade with the Jordanian Government at the CCD, where he oversaw all aspects of corporate incorporation, governance, and regulatory compliance for both domestic and foreign entities, including banks and other financial institutions. This experience has provided him with unparalleled insight into the legal and regulatory framework governing corporate and financial entities, establishing him as a trusted and highly effective advisor on banking and corporate matters.

Moawyeh regularly advises foreign and domestic clients on incorporation, business transactions, and compliance with Jordanian statutes governing financing agreements, loans, and commercial arrangements. He has substantial experience drafting and negotiating project and financing agreements and possesses particular expertise in public-private partnership (PPP) transactions and projects, drawing on his prior governmental experience at the CCD combined with his extensive work on corporate and M&A transactions at the firm.
