Faisal has been a member of Khalifeh & Partners’ Litigation and Arbitration team since 2020, representing clients in civil and commercial disputes in Jordanian courts and both national and international arbitrations. His practice spans labor, civil, tort, and construction disputes, with significant experience in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Faisal has advised and represented a diverse portfolio of clients, including multinational corporations, local energy companies, and financial institutions. His work includes handling high-value construction disputes, labor and commercial claims, tort matters, and ICC and local arbitration cases. He has successfully navigated complex regulatory and contractual frameworks, conducted detailed legal research, drafted opinions, and managed high-stakes proceedings from inception to resolution.
