Raya joined Khalifeh & Partners in 2020 as an Associate in the Litigation Department and later expanded her practice to focus on Corporate, Commercial, M&A, and Energy matters. She has developed expertise across mergers and acquisitions, construction, real estate, renewable energy, and international arbitration, including claims under ICC and UNCITRAL rules, notably involving the Government of Jordan.

Raya has advised on high-value energy disputes, including multiple PV project claims, and represented clients in significant commercial and contractual arbitration proceedings. She has also acted on a broad range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, minority investments, and strategic shareholdings across diverse sectors such as digital infrastructure, food production, hospitality, and industrial projects. Raya’s experience spans drafting legal opinions, managing correspondence, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and navigating intricate regulatory and contractual frameworks.
