Noor joined Khalifeh & Partners as an Associate in 2016 and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2022. She has extensive experience in acquisitions and sales, including conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents such as investment and shareholders’ agreements, and managing transactions through to closing. Noor also advises clients on day-to-day corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters, as well as a wide range of commercial transactions and agreements, including supply, franchise, joint venture, consultancy, and service agreements.

In addition, Noor has acted as counsel to sponsors and borrowers on the financing of energy projects in Jordan, providing guidance on finance agreements and project documentation, managing financing arrangements, overseeing borrower compliance with conditions precedent, and securing the necessary regulatory permits, consents, resolutions, and licenses.
