She regularly manages corporate filings and regulatory procedures before key authorities, including the Companies Control Department, the Ministry of Investment, and the Greater Amman Municipality, and oversees day-to-day corporate matters and legal translations.

Paline also monitors relevant legal and regulatory developments to support ongoing compliance, while continuing to support the firm’s litigation practice.
