As a Junior Associate at Khalifeh & Partners, Yaman advises Jordanian and international clients on a wide spectrum of corporate matters, with hands-on experience in company formation, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, executing share transfer deeds, and advising on corporate governance.
Expanding his expertise beyond corporate advisory, Yaman has recently focused on litigation and arbitration, successfully handling a range of high-value financial claims in the telecommunications and commercial sectors. He has also been engaged in significant arbitration proceedings, most notably a dispute against the Ministry of Public Works concerning the rehabilitation of the Desert Road.
