About Iyad

Iyad heads our litigation group. Iyad is a highly experienced and skilled litigator with extensive knowledge of the law and the Jordanian court system. Iyad’s expertise involve claims and arbitration proceedings relating to construction, corporate matters, banking, enforcement of foreign awards, agency disputes, labor, intellectual property, maritime, real estate disputes and commercial disputes. Iyad is also known for his legislative drafting abilities.
