About Mouawyeh
Mouawyeh is a Senior Associate in the Corporate, Commercial and Projects practice. He has experience advising on a variety of plethora of mergers and acquisitions, real estate agreements, and commercial deals, including the expansion of international companies’ operations in the Jordanian market. Moawyeh has extensive experience drafting and negotiating project and financing arrangements, and is especially well-versed in public-private-partnership (PPP) transactions and projects. Moawyeh holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Jordan.
