As a Junior Associate at Khalifeh & Partners, Raya works with K&P’s litigation team representing clients in civil and commercial disputes. She supports the practice by reviewing case files, drafting legal advices, conducting research and preparing case notes. Raya holds a Bachelor of Laws from Durham University, a Master of Laws from University College London (UCL), and her LPC from the University of Law.

As a Junior Associate at Khalifeh & Partners, Hadeel works with K&P’s corporate, commercial, and projects team representing clients in on various M&A and project finance deals. She supports the practice by managing the day-to-day corporate affairs of clients, liaising with relevant ministries and governmental bodies, drafting and reviewing project agreements and finance documents, and conducting research where needed. Hadeel holds a Bachelor's in Law and Business from IE University.

As an Associate at Khalifeh & Partners, Faisal works with K&P’s litigation team representing clients in civil and commercial disputes. He supports the practice by reviewing case files, drafting legal advices, conducting research and preparing case notes. Faisal holds a B.A. from the University of Jordan and Masters of Commercial Law from the University of Bristol.

Faisal works with the K&P team to review and draft security documents of several projects in Jordan. Faisal has experience in drafting and modifying agreements, and is very knowledgeable about corporate-related matters in Jordan, particularly those related to employment. 

Upon joining Khalifeh & Partners in 2019, Adele has advised on a number of renewable energy, commercial, M&A, and project finance matters, and is in charge of day to day corporate matters of numerous companies and corporate entities in Jordan. Adele holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London, and a Master of Laws from the University of Exeter.

As a Junior Associate at Khalifeh & Partners, Alia works on K&P's litigation team representing clients on claims and disputes related to employment, construction, and financing. In addition, she is a skilled legal researcher with a knack for identifying precedent(s).

As a junior associate at K&P, Mahmoud reviews case files and prepares case notes and summaries for clients pursuing litigation.  He also conducts research and supports the Partners in preparing both court and arbitration. 

As a Senior Associate at Khalifeh & Partners, Dana works with many K&P lawyers across various jurisdictions on deals and matters related to project financing, energy, and corporate & commercial law. Dana has a meticulous eye for detail, as she has experience drafting opinions and advice for clients, as well as conducting exhaustive legal research across markets and jurisdictions where needed. Dana holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Jordan, and a Master of Corporate Law from the University of Cambridge.
